Terms of Use

1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the AirMess service, which sends emails from web forms through an HTTP endpoint.
2. Access to the service
Access to the service is reserved for users who have an account. Creating an account implies acceptance of these terms.
3. Use
The user undertakes not to use the service for unlawful purposes, in particular sending spam or malicious content. Any abuse may lead to the suspension of the account.
3.1 Sender confirmation emails
The service can send a confirmation email to the person who submitted a form. The user undertakes to enable this feature only with the consent of the persons concerned and to inform the visitors of their site in their own privacy policy.
3.2 Unilateral suspension and closure
In the event of abusive use or use that does not comply with these terms (sending spam, malicious content, attempts to circumvent rate limits, or any other unlawful activity), the publisher reserves the right to suspend or close the account concerned, without notice or compensation, and to block the IP addresses from which the abuse originates. This measure may be taken unilaterally, as a precaution, while the situation is examined.
4. Closure of inactive accounts
As part of personal data minimization, any account with no activity (sign-in or receipt of a submission on one of its forms) for 12 consecutive months is automatically and permanently closed, together with all associated data (forms, submissions). Two reminder emails are sent to the account address before closure, 30 days and then 7 days before the deadline. Simply signing in cancels the closure and resets the 12-month period.
5. Availability
The service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. Maintenance interruptions may occur.

7. Changes to the Terms
These terms may be changed at any time. Users are informed by email.
